With the rapid development of the society,the increasing demand for energy and the limited conventional energy on the earth has brought about an increasingly severe energy crisis.Building energy consumption accounts for up to 35% of the total global terminal energy consumption and building is considered to be the largest terminal energy consumer.The energy consumption of heating,ventilation and air conditioning(HVAC)systems took up more than 40% total of the building energy consumption to create satisfactory thermal comfort and indoor air quality.Therefore,reducing the energy consumption of HVAC systems is the key issue of building energy conservation.For HVAC systems,energy-saving optimization control is an important way to improve system energy efficiency and ensure indoor comfortable environment.VAV air conditioning system has become a research hotspot due to its obvious advantages in energy saving.However,the current research on VAV air conditioning automatic control systems emphasized on theoretical study.The technology in actual application is relatively immature,and there is no unified planning for system design.Therefore,in-depth investigation should be conducted on the VAV air conditioning automatic control system in order to being vigorously and uniformly implemented at the domestic level.In this paper,VAV air-conditioning system is taken as the research object.In order to ensure a good indoor heat and humidity environment,achieve the standardization design of VAV air-conditioning automatic control system and reduce energy consumption of airconditioning system,the following research work were carried out.First,based on the monitoring and control system architecture of the Internet of Building Energy System technology,the control points,control principles,I/O module channel configuration,controller selection and wiring,and control program function blocks of the VAV air conditioning automatic control system are performed.Secondly,the VAV air-conditioning system integrated control test bench was established to complete the debugging of the PID control parameters of the control system.The control cycle of the indoor temperature control loop was tested and analyzed using the VAV airconditioning system integrated control test bench to obtain an appropriate control cycle.The indoor temperature control meets the thermal comfort requirements of the human body while reducing the energy consumption of the air conditioning system.Finally,taking an office building in Dalian as a practical application project,the standard design of the VAV air-conditioning automatic control system and the judgment method of the control cycle are applied practically.Practice shows that the standardized design greatly saves the design time of the air-conditioning automatic control system and improves the work efficiency.
