| In recent years,with the rapid development of prefabricated buildings in China,the quality control of prefabricated concrete components has become the top priority of the prefabricated construction industry.In this paper,a precast concrete component factory is taken as the research object to study the quality control system in the process of component production,and an online quality sharing cloud platform for precast concrete components is established.According to the production process and relevant technical standards of precast concrete components,taking the exterior wall panel as a typical comprehensive sample,combined with the APQP technology,this paper designs the quality control plan of precast concrete components,formulates the inspection plan,sets the key points of the production process,selects the appropriate sampling statistical methods,and then forms the inspection plan A complete set of quality control system can meet the needs of factory production of precast concrete components.Machine learning technology is introduced into component quality control process.In this paper,based on the data collected by MES,Bayesian algorithm classification model and MATLAB programming,offline learning software is designed to predict the quality of component production.It also lays a foundation for further feedback of prediction results to MES system,formulation of process improvement measures and improvement of quality level of prefabricated components.Cloud technology,big data and other new technologies also enable the quality control system to be realized from offline to online.Based on cloud technology,this paper designs a prefabricated component quality sharing platform,which initially has the basic functions of cloud planning,cloud statistics,cloud diagnosis,cloud traceability,cloud supervision,cloud community and so on.The system can not only provide the relevant guidance of component quality technology,but also realize the quality problem For free or paid sharing of information such as title,technology anddata,this paper also designs the corresponding system app application platform.Based on the cloud technology,this paper studies the online platform of precast concrete component quality,which is conducive to breaking the traditional island of quality technology among traditional component industries,enterprises and personnel,promoting the integration process of production quality information sharing in the whole industry,and also in line with the current development trend of convenience,intelligence,globalization and other technologies. |
