Boiler combustion adjustment has always been very important to the safety andeconomic operation of the boiler.In terms of safety,the boiler operation is stable and reliable,which means that the combustion condition is good and stable.In the economic aspect,the efficiency of boiler operation is greatly affected by the good condition of combustion.Combustion process of the economy,the best wind is required under the corresponding boiler and coal,powder,water coal ratio and an air volume and air output,the combustion condition adjustment is reasonable,can improve the efficiency of the operation of the boiler,reduce the heat loss of the boiler.Based on D factory has been put into operation of the boiler model HG-1125-25.4-HM2 as test target,expounds the plant boiler of various design parameters,the operating specification of main auxiliary equipment,and aims at the plant appeared in the process of production and operation of tube wall over-temperature,coking furnace heating surfaces,such as boiler efficiency decline reason to sum up,the working condition of the most commonly used for the plant boiler combustion condition adjustment performance test.Through calculation and analysis of test data,in order to counter balance method to calculate the boiler boiler efficiency as the core theory of the experiment under the condition of the plant boiler oxygen content,total air volume ratio of secondary air,after the coal mill temperature(separator baffle opening),pulverized coal fineness of the optimal values of parameters,such as,map analysis curve.Optimum curve corresponding to through the various parameters,operation personnel can through data reference under the actual load of the boiler combustion adjustment,in order to achieve the best effect of combustion adjustment,improve the boiler efficiency.The best adjustment method of boiler combustion condition is obtained by analyzing and summarizing and analyzing the large number of experimental data.In this paper,the thermal power plant put into production since the Dalian development zone of fly ash combustibles on the high side,and the cause of the boiler slagging mechanism analysis and summary,from the oxygen content,primary air,mill outlet temperature,secondary wind with the wind,the separator baffle opening adjustment of export coal mill of specific measures,to guide the factory reduce the fly ash combustible content,reduce boiler slagging.Research suggests that by controlling suitable oxygen,adjust the pulverized coalfineness,the reasonable air distribution,set up after the coal mill,the optimal temperature,pulverized coal fineness is export separator damper adjustment of operation parameters,such as control,thermal power plant of Dalian development zone heavy slagging has the good prevention and control work.The author through a large number of oxygen air distribution test,adjust,change after grinding temperature,pulverized coal fineness of exploration,with the means of experimental analysis and theoretical calculation,formulate a set of can improve the efficiency of dalian development zone in thermal power plant boiler and guarantee of economy and the stability of the combustion condition of boiler combustion adjustment scheme,reduce the actual coal consumption of power generation,to realize the economic operation of the boiler.
