The Manufacturing Execution System is located in the middle of the enterprise plan management layer and the bottom control layer,which is the key to realize enterprise information automation.It forms the core of enterprise information system together with the upper ERP system and the lower PCS system.Intelligent auto parts manufacturing execution system is to solve auto parts enterprises in the manufacturing data collection,communications equipment,not in time equipment operation chaos,inventory backlog and traces the difficult problem of product quality.Intelligent auto parts manufacturing execution system based on traditional manufacturing execution system to increase the intelligent data collection,using sensors and a wireless radio frequency identification(RFID)technology for data acquisition,automatic identification increase intelligent device detecting system,using Internet technology to realize positioning and maintenance of the equipment.Through intelligent manufacturing system standardizes the enterprise business processes,reduce the backlog of inventory,improve the product quality,forming a network,digital,intelligent manufacturing system platform,realizes the enterprise production control,real-time and traceability.According to the business process of auto parts production,the manufacturing execution system is used to guide the operation and standard operation.Through the intelligent manufacturing execution system in the planning and order management,position scanning,equipment management,new product management,quality management,error prevention management,bar code management to achieve lean management of the workshop;On-line communication with the control layer through equipment management and communication management;Accurate storage of materials is realized through the three-dimensional design of storage location,material channel and BIN location.
