Flexible manufacturing is a customer order-oriented,production-based production model on-demand,and it is the main development direction of the current manufacturing production organization model.A flexible manufacturing workshop is an important place for modern manufacturing companies to organize flexible production,and it is also an important form of display of flexible manufacturing system(FMS).With the improvement of the informatization and intelligence of the manufacturing industry,the manufacturing execution system(MES)has been widely used in flexible manufacturing workshops,and the radio frequency identification(RFID)technology has become the main information collection method for onsite management and control in the application of MES for production.RFID technology has the advantages of non-contact automatic identification and simultaneous reading of multiple targets,to improve the stability and reliability of RFID data collection and provide support for flexible manufacturing process management decision-making.This paper focuses on the RFID network planning of flexible manufacturing workshops and the prediction analysis of the product processing cycle based on RFID data.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Research on RFID network planning.This paper analyzes three common coverage requirements of target point coverage,area coverage,and fence coverage in flexible manufacturing workshops;establishes a binary perception model for RFID readers and a discrete expression model for flexible manufacturing workshops;a multi-objective 0-1 integer programming RFID network planning model for flexible manufacturing workshop is established with deployment cost,reader interference and reading efficiency as optimization objectives;HCGD(Hierarchical Clustering and Gradient Descent)network planning method was proposed,and the appropriate number of readers and layout positions were obtained.Through an experimental study of a flexible manufacturing workshop,the influence of the coverage radius of the reader and the weight of the target model on the performance indicators are analyzed,and the effectiveness of the method is verified.(2)Prediction and analysis of product processing cycle in flexible manufacturing workshops based on RFID data.Based on the RFID network planning model and method,this paper configures flexible manufacturing workshop RFID equipment,and integrates workshop production event processing on RFID raw data;based on this,the key features of flexible manufacturing workshop are constructed including workshop operation related,production effective time and equipment working conditions,and then designed a regression prediction method based on BP(Back Propagation)neural network.Finally,experimental researches on model training,hyperparameter optimization,model feasibility,and effectiveness analysis are carried out,based on part of the RFID raw dataset of a flexible manufacturing workshop.(3)RFID network planning and data analysis prototype system development.Based on the proposed RFID network planning method and the product processing cycle prediction analysis method based on RFID data,the RFID network planning,and data analysis prototype system was developed using Python language and MATLAB language under the Py Qt5 platform,and a practical case of a flexible manufacturing workshop was developed.The research method of RFID network planning and product processing cycle prediction analysis is verified by a practical case of a flexible manufacturing workshop.The results of the above research content can effectively improve the quality of information acquisition of the flexible manufacturing workshop MES,and provide decision support for the workshop production management,which has important guiding significance for the improvement of production efficiency and management level.
