By building a model to approximate simulation show traction running under different conditions of network.The physical model is based on the electrical characteristics of the actual traction network,including the analog power supply unit,the analog traction network unit and the analog load unit,forming a complete traction power supply circuit,which can be charged live.The low power mixed signal processor MSP430F149 is used as the main control chip to make the detection and monitoring unit of the traction network,the acquisition and calculation of the electrical signals of the important monitoring points on the simulated traction network are completed by using the AC synchronous sampling method,through the RS485 bus,the ASCII bus protocol and multiple intelligent heads are used for networking.The voltage,current effective value and power factor of each monitoring point are displayed on the corresponding intelligent heads respectively,distributed real-time display with multiple parameters.Using the designed simulation teaching device,traction net charge distribution experiment and voltage loss experiment were carried out under different operating conditions of the traction network,such as different wiring modes,different load numbers and different compensation modes.The data obtained from the experiment was analyzed and corroborated with the objective theory of the textbook and the actual situation of the project site.The correctness of the simulation teaching device of the developed traction network was verified.For the first time,the simulating teaching research of traction power supply system was carried out to the traction network on the traction substation,and the traction network running state simulation teaching was realized.By transplanting this device into the training system,it can demonstrate the typical status and dynamic changes of the traction network.It can safely and effectively help trainees analyze and study the complex and abstract traction power supply system.It can be applied to employee training in the railway industry and practical training in related universities.
