Integrate Research On Rural Settlements In Si Hui City At That Regional Perspective

In order to solve the problem of land use imbalance in urban and rural areas,the country has introduced the policy of "land increase and decrease",which aims to reduce the quality of rural construction land and transfer the land use quota to the urban development and construction.However,in the process of actual implementation of the policy,as part of the local government in the project location on the eye is not enough in the long run,lead to link up with planning and general land use planning is not connecting,caused by land use in terms of quantity,quality and spatial order imbalance exists dislocation of danger.In addition,due to the lack of coordination with urban development goals and the neglect of the ecological pattern,the rural planning has become unworkable,resulting in the failure of many rural planning and the chaos of rural construction.Country strategy of rejuvenating the country increasingly in the position in the urban development,the country's economic output is growing,fill "hurt village city" blindly,apparently does not conform to the development needs of urban and rural stability.The author reflects on this phenomenon,combines relevant research theories and methods,and tries to study the integration path of rural settlements and relevant strategies from a holistic perspective.Taking sihui of guangdong province as the research sample,according to the "problem description-found-method to build" the technical route,through on-the-spot investigation,quantitative-qualitative analysis and GIS spatial analysis technology,respectively for "xiamen city,village,town domains" three kinds of all the elements of space domain to plan as a whole,is constructed based on the whole space,the total factor to plan as a whole under the path of rural construction land consolidation,coordination of rural and urban development,the reduction of rural construction land mass,promote rural construction land use efficiency,improve rural planning practicality,excavate the potential of rural construction land value.The conclusion of this paper is that it is feasible and necessary to study the integration of rural settlements in rural areas from the perspective of overall planning.The integration path of rural residential areas under the overall planning perspective has unique advantages and conforms to the requirements of urban and rural development.The integration path,real-time strategy and related policy adjustment of small urban rural settlements in the pearl river delta are put forward.
