In recent years,the rapid development of highway transportation in China has promoted our economic construction and strengthened regional communication and connection,especially the construction and opening of a large number of highways have made great contributions to the development of the society.By the end of 2014,China has became the country with the most mileage in the world's highway operation,the crisscross highway network has greatly facilitated people to travel,at the same time,a large number of highway maintenance management has become the main work of highway safety operation.Due to the restrictions of highway construction technology and road materials,road pavement will appear diseases such as rutting,cracks and pits after opening for a certain period of time.In order to realize the scientific and timely management of road maintenance,it is necessary to develop a rapid and accurate detecting equipment to meet the requirements of highway operation and maintenance.The detection of pavement rutting disease is an important part of the operation and maintenance of asphalt pavement.In order to meet the urgent requirement of fast and high precision track detection system with small integrated,a new generation of pavement rutting detection equipment is needed.On the basis of the existing technical results of road rutting detection at home and abroad,we carry out the research of integrated multi-point laser track rutting detection technology,and solve the technical difficulties related.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:Studies the technical means of road rutting detection at home and abroad,Analyzes the characteristics of ultrasonic detection technology,and laser detection technology,digital image detection technology.Researches rutting detection of line laser and multi-point laser pavement based on the technology of "multi-function road detection vehicle" in Chang'an University,analyes the different characteristics between the two detection techniques,and then carries out the research on modularized integration related technology based on laser displacement sensor.Analyzes the theory of laser displacement detection and constructes a structure model of laser triangle displacement method,and derives the calculation formula of the rutting depth,which lays the foundation for the design of the multi-point laser displacement sensor.The hardware circuit design of the integrated laser displacement sensor.Uses the modular design:The clock drives circuit module,FPGA programmable logic device provides clock pulse to drive signals;Signal conditioning circuit module which filters and amplifies the rut information from the image sensor;data acquisition module that collects the data of rutting through the Ethernet chip,which is transmitted to the upper computer in UDP format.The integrated structure design is carried out to meet the requirement of the actual installation and detection.Analyzes the process of rutting image acquisition,based on the collected rutting image data,carries out the threshold segmentation and spot center extraction to find the image central coordinate position of the spot out to find the coordinates of the image center of the spot.The theoretical analysis of three-dimensional,two-dimensional and one-dimensional imaging is carried out,which lays the foundation for the deduction of the calibration formula of the camera in the experiment.The experiment platform is built and the camera calibration experiment is carried out,analyzes the accuracy of experimental data and the possible causes of error and then draws the conclusion.
