| With the continuous development of the economy and society,people’s demand for road comfort and safety is increasing.Asphalt pavements are favored by road construction departments and users with their excellent characteristics.However,with the increase in the service life of the road and the repeated effects of the vehicle load,the asphalt road surface will have rutting disease,which will cause damage and influence on the structural and functional aspects of the road surface.At present,the research on the detection and evaluation methods of rutting at home and abroad has certain limitations:(1)The multi-point laser detection system cannot fully describe the three-dimensional shape of the rutting;(2)The lack of research on the lateral positioning of the rutting;(3)The maximum depth of the rutting cannot be accurately describe the influence of rutting shape on the road surface,the influence area of rutting calculated by the rutting length and influenced width is not accurate to evaluate the influence of the rutting;(4)The evaluation of the rutting impact is limited to the structural damage of the pavement,and the evaluation of the functional service level is lacking.This paper studies the influence of rutting on the pavement,and carries out the lateral position extraction and automatic measurement of the parameters of the rutting.Based on the result,the existing rutting evaluation method is improved on the structural and functional aspects.The improved evaluation method of the impact of the rutting includes:(1)Based on the complete traverse curve of the rutting,extracting the lateral positioning of the rutting and calculating the rutting parameters.Combined with length of the rutting,it can fully describe the impact of the threedimensional shape of the rutting on the pavement;(2)Solving the problem of inaccurate positioning caused by vehicle offset,automatically identifying and locating the rutting;(3)The actual rutting sunken area is used instead of the rutting length to classify the rutting severity,and the actual rutting volume is used to replace the affected area conversion value to evaluate the damage;(4)Based on the lateral positioning of the rutting,the distance between the bottom point of the rutting and the end of the wheel of the car(the distance between wheel and valley)is calculated,the deviation of the rutting and the car are described,so the driving comfort is evaluated.The research takes the sample section of the Sanhuan Express in Fuzhou as a research example,and carries out field data collection,rutting detection and evaluation.The percentages of RPCI index of this section from Ⅰ to Ⅴ were 0.81%,3.10%,18.46%,52.45% and 14.38%.In the wheel rutting distance,49.02% of the section has the coincidence and deviation of the rutting bottom point and the car wheel end point,and the remaining 50.98% part is all of the deviation.Based on the high-precision 3D laser data,the holographic data of the rutting is extracted.The 2D laser image and the 3D laser point cloud data are combined to better mine the value of the 3D laser point cloud data.And then the calculation of various attribute indexes of the rutting and the horizontal positioning is completed.It considers the influence of the three-dimensional shape of the rutting,and improves the evaluation method,which is of great significance for the scientific maintenance of the road surface. |
