Research Of Control System Of The Vertical Lifting Stereo Garage

With the continuous development of the social economy and the living standard,the amount of vehicle is increasing rapidly.The development of garage cannot match the growth of the number of vehicles.The phenomenon of parking difficulty is becoming common in major cities.There are some shortcomings in the existing stereo garage,for example,it holds a lot of space and takes too much time to access vehicles.The stereo garage with low energy consumption,high space utilization and high automation level is the inevitable trend of future garage's development.This paper put forward a vertical lifting garage based on PLC control.This paper firstly makes research of research status of mechanical stereo garage at home and abroad,development trend and different types of stereo garage.The vertical lifting stereo garage is selected as the research object of this paper.The main structure of the stereo garage is designed and the power system of the stereo garage is mainly elaborated.Secondly set up a queuing model of garage storage-retrieval process and use MATLAB software to simulate the mathematical model of the process under different storage-retrieval strategies.The optimal storage-retrieval strategy of the stereo garage is obtained.The third step is the hardware design of the stereo garage.The components of the control system are elaborated.This paper select the MITSUBISHI FX2 N series PLC as the main controller.The principle of operation of the stereo garage is analyzed and then complete the PLC program design of the stereo garage.The final step is the design of monitoring system by using the configuration software MCGS.The interface design of the stereo garage monitoring system is completed in the software.Through the connection with MITSUBISHI FX2 N series PLC,finally achieved the monitoring of the stereo garage storage-retrieval process.
