Along with the urbanization of our country and the continuous development of the auto market,and the traditional stereo garage operation mode mechanical,automation degree,low operating efficiency,while the management and the maintenance are very difficult.therefore,high degree of automation of intelligent stereo garage,which covers an small area with large database,arises at the historic moment.This thesis analyzes and studies the control system of the lifting and horizontal displacement stereo garages by combining the automatic control technology and wireless communication technology.Firstly,based on the analysis of the types and characteristics of the stereo garages,this thesis studies the access strategies of the lift-and-throwing stereo garages,combines the queuing theory,and calculates and analyzes the main indexes in the queuing system through examples.A mathematic model was established under the following four access strategies: the average access time as an objective function,storage priority,picking priority,in-place waiting,and interleaving.After the simulation and analysis of matlab,the optimal access policy of the garage was determined.In combination with the in-place standby access strategy,an optimized control algorithm is designed to reduce the garage access time.Secondly,this thesis focuses on the structure and working principle of the tridimensional parking garage,and designs a combination control system based on PLC and touch screen.The entire control system takes Omron PLC as the core control device,completes the hardware design of the garage control system,combines the on-site standby and parking scheduling,and adopts a modular design concept to write the execution program of the control system.At the same time,based on the touch screen software MCGS,we have completed the design of the operating interface of the five-story three-column lifting and transferring intelligent stereo garage.By writing the script program of operation strategy,it realizes the functions of manual access car,automatic access car,parking display,parking time,fault alarm and motor monitoring.Finally,this thesis proposes a remote control scheme for a stereo garage and completes the design of a remote monitoring system.The system selects the GRM501 module as the GPRS DTU of the remote monitoring system and is equipped with the Giant View software as the development environment of the remote PC.GPRS module as transmission medium of PLC and PC terminal,through the allocation of special communication protocol,realizes the use of wireless to upload the local PLC register data to the cloud monitoring server.At the same time,the management personnel can remotely access the relevant information of the garage control system through a remote monitoring computer and a dedicated mobile phone APP and be convenient for maintenance and monitoring of the garage.The control system designed in this thesis has been tested and debugged in a stereo garage in Yangzhou.The system has been in operation for nearly half a year and is in good condition.It satisfies the control requirements of the stereo garage,and thus validates the related technologies and solutions designed in this thesis' s control system.
