With the expansion of the application field of brushless DC motors,higher requirements are placed on the control of brushless DC motor systems.Due to the complexity of the algorithm and the large amount of calculation of traditional system construction systems,the simulation system and the experimental platform are isolated,resulting in development time.In order to solve the above problems,the paper adopts a model-based design method to develop a brushless DC motor system.This paper uses Simulink software to build a model of the brushless DC motor control system model.The main accomplishments are:(1)According to the principle of the brushless DC motor,the logic conduction sequence of the power tube in the three-phase full-bridge circuit is determined according to the position information of the Hall element,and the drive motor rotates normally,which provides a basis for building a model.(2)By studying the speed change of the motor and the control scheme of the current loop,a model-based control simulation system for the double closed loop of the brushless DC motor was built using Simulink.(3)Using the model-based design method to build a model of the overall experimental control system for brushless DC motors.Firstly,taking the two experiments of PWM signal generation and SCI data transmission as examples,the model-based code development is realized through the establishment of models and the setting of environmental parameters.The open-loop control model of the brushless DC motor was built using the C2833 x module and the Simulink standard module.On the basis of open loop,the speed model is added,and the difference from the expected speed is used as the input of the PID algorithm to form a closed loop control system model.Then use the model-based design method to build a Simulink program based on the Modbus communication protocol,and finally build the overall program of the motor control system,and monitor the operation of the motor through the touch screen.
