At present,the research on microwave heating of asphalt pavement is mostly based on the analysis of static heating effect of microwave heating wall and asphalt pavement.The relative research on the relative movement of the two is relatively rare.The static heating method is mainly applied to the pit repair of small-area damaged pavement,and cannot meet the requirements of construction work for the in-situ thermal regeneration equipment.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the microwave mobile heating.In this paper,the simulation method is used to study the arrangement,row spacing,moving direction,moving speed and heating time of the antenna array on the effect of moving heating effect based on CST software.And the main work completed was as follows:Firstly,this paper establishes a rectangular horn radiating antenna array with neat,row staggered and columan staggered arrangement,and uses heating uniformity,heating depth and heating efficiency as heating effect evaluation indexes.Secondly,analyze the heating effect on moving heating and stationary heating,find that there is a obvious difference between the moving heating effect and static heating effect.Thirdly,by studying the heating effect of different moving speed antenna arrays,find that the moving speed has no obvious effect on the moving heating effect when the heating times are same.Fourthly,this paper studies the heating effect of the antenna array with different heating time,find that as the heating time increases,the heating uniformity will gradually decrease.Finally,this paper by studying the heating effects of different antenna arrays in different moving directions,find that the X-direction moving heating effect of the neat and row staggered arrays is better than the Y-direction,and the Y-direction moving heating effect of the column staggered array is better than the Xdirection;and when the moving in the X-direction,the arranged antenna array in a row staggered has better heating effect;when the moving in the Y-direction,the arranged antenna array in a column staggered has better heating effect.
