With the increasing of the mileage of cement pavement,safety is still the focus of attention,especially at the exits and exits of tunnels.The acceleration and deceleration of vehicles causes rapidly decline of anti-sliding structures on the road surface,resulting in frequent traffic accidents.At the same time,the texture of surface of cement pavement in China is relatively single,and the texture of the groove is dominant.In view of this problem,several texture forms suitable for cement pavement in China have been studied.This paper is based on the existing foreign cement pavement texture types.In order to simulate actual construction conditions,the cement pavements of different strengths after 28 days of new health preservation use small pavement embossers to embellish three types of textures: grinding texture,grooved texture,and NGCS texture.The effect of different cutting parameters on the texturing process was compared,and the effect of cutting speed,feed rate,and tool speed on the texture quality was analyzed macroscopically,and the proposed cutting parameters were proposed.Secondly,on the basis of the above,taking all the textures under a certain cutting condition as the object of study,the average structural depth MTD and microstructural roughness Ra values that can characterize the macrostructure are measured,and the different strengths are obtained from the viewpoint of skid resistance.The recommended texture form.Then,from the perspective of cutting difficulty,the constitutive model of cement concrete pavement is established,and the cutting mechanism is analyzed.Using the Abaqus software simulation,two strength textures of C40 and C30 are obtained at different rotation speeds and feed rates.The average cutting stress at the cutting speed was brought into the cutting resistance formula to obtain the respective cutting resistance value,and the recommended cutting parameters under this condition were obtained.Finally,considering the evaluation index of cutting difficulty and the index of surface structure slip resistance,the recommended texture forms under different strengths of cement pavement are obtained.This practice provides a reference basis for the construction of cementpavement texture in China,and helps reduce costs during construction...
