As an organic part of the "equal value in urban and rural area" construction,the equality of the distribution of public transportation resources has an important impact on reducing the difference in the urban and rural market,making the convenience transportation level,and promoting the integration of urban and rural social and economic development.However,for a long time,the theory and method of public transport equality evaluation lack in-depth research.From two dimensions of temporal and spatial,this paper sets up the traffic accessibility index of line and flight weight,analyzes the statistical distribution characteristics of different accessibility indexes,and performs the public transport Lorenz curve fitting with different distribution characteristics,and obtains the bus resource occupancy ratio based on K index.After analyzing the survey data in Haining,Zhejiang Province,it is found that:1.After establishing the bus database through ArcGIS and analyzing the accessibility,it is found that the spatial and temporal accessibility under different weighting factors are different: the number of area which are lower than average in the accessibility of weighted line and shift time accounts for 50.22% and 61.78%,and 63.11% ?70.67% of the areas below the average value in the spatial accessibility of the weighted line and the shift respectively.2.Using MatLab to test the accessibility distribution characteristics,it is found that the data distribution characteristics of accessibility under different weighting factors are not same: the temporal accessibility weighted line number based on network is fitted to the lognormal distribution,while weighted shift time based on the network fits Weibull distribution;and the spatial accessibility weighted line number based on the coverage area of the bus stop fits Weibull distribution,while weighted shift time follows exponential distribution.3.Reference precise Gini coefficient,except for the spatial accessibility weighted shift,the Lorenz curve fitting considering the characteristics of data distribution can get more accurate results: the fitting precision of the Lorenz curve of the temporal accessibility weighted line number and the shift under the distributed characteristic method is promoted 6.47% and 12.26% compared with the original equivalent method.The fitting accuracy accessibility of spatial weighted line number is 5.45% higher than that of the original bisection method.4.The equality of accessibility which weighting different factors is not alike: the spatial accessibility weighted shift time is the worst in all equality measurement,while the temporal accessibility weighted line number is the most equitable state in all public leveling results.
