Based on the urban and rural public transport accessibility model and method,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote urban and rural public transport by establishing and applying the urban and rural public transport reach model and urban and rural public transport in Haining City,which is based on the economic,social and regional development environment of Haining City.Development recommendations and strategies.This paper analyzes the status quo of the research on the accessibility of urban and rural areas,and discusses the factors that affect the accessibility of urban and rural public transport.Based on the existing accessibility model,this paper puts forward the concept of urban and rural public transport accessibility;Based on the establishment of urban and rural public transport spatial geodatabase,the route of the urban and rural public transport is analyzed,and the route of the urban and rural public transport is calculated from the two levels of the site and the reachability of the district.And other factors,the establishment of ArcGIS spatial network based on the reachability of the realization of the method;Haining City,urban and rural public transport accessibility to determine the level of its accessibility.The main research results are as follows:(1)From the point of view of the comprehensive accessibility between the sites,the overall distribution is extended from the center and gradually decreasing,and the accessibility of the eastern edge of the county(Yuanhua)is better than that in the western fringe.The distribution of sexual distribution to a few centerline as the axis of the external diffusion,and the eastern part of the accessibility of the town of Yuanhua than the western Xucun village in the overall level of higher.(2)From the site to the city center of the comprehensive accessibility of view,the conventional comprehensive accessibility of the bus station is mainly concentrated in the vicinity of the city center,and poor in the agricultural area and other marginal areas;weighted comprehensive accessibility is better of the bus station also concentrated in the city center,and poor mainly concentrated in the edge of the town of Xu village.Both are close to the city center of high reachability,but the former is gradually deported from the city center,while the other one is along the main road to the external divergence,and reach a good proportion of the region.(3)From the comprehensive reachability of small interval,the traffic area with poor reachability is mainly concentrated in the periphery of Haining city,and the proportion of poor reachability is relatively large.The weighted comprehensive reachability is poor The proportion of the district was significantly reduced,mainly concentrated in the general level.There is a significant difference between the accessibility of the cells and the reachability of the stations,and there is no one or more centers and no obvious trends.(4)From the community to the city center of the comprehensive accessibility,the distribution of the difference between the two is not obvious,the overall comprehensive accessibility of the district is mainly concentrated in the Haichang streets,Haizhou streets and Maqiao streets,and as The center spread out,but the weighted comprehensive reachability of the traffic distribution is more dispersed.Through the relevant research in this paper,the evaluation theory of urban and rural public transport based on ArcGIS can be applied to urban and rural public transportation in Haining.
