Currently,the function of metropolitan central business district is too single,leading to the generally declining of vitality in central area.In the 21 st Century,reshaping urban vitality has become an important subject in the development of urban central area.As the main carrier and the generator of the city vitality,public space has become the main Space Research Center District.But the formation of a dynamic city not only based on the characteristics of public space itself,but also affected by the space structure and the function of structure in the central area.Only by realizing the environmental factors that affect the vitality of public space in central area,can people effectively explore strategies to enhance the vitality of the city center area.Therefore,the Futian Central District of Shenzhen was selected as the research object in this study.This paper has studied the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of the public space,and explored its built environment factors that affect spatiotemporal distribution of the vitality combining with the central area and the surrounding environment features.Based on the geographic information system,field research,Geographic Encoding and spatial analysis technology,this paper collected and distributed the intensity and diversity of Futian central district in various public spaces and its chan ge in time dimension.At the same time,this thesis established the environmental impact factor database consisted of the surrounding built environment,built environment and land adjacent,which was combined with the existing relevant research results.Th en this paper constructed the theoretical model and researched the environment factors that influenced by the activity intensity of central area and the diversity of spatial and temporal distribution characteristics.The results showed that the population d ensity,outbound flow density,ratio of commercial land,mixing degree of neighborhood function,the density of seating facilities,density ratio was positively related to activity intensity,but the surrounding roads,mix proportion,and adjacent to the r oad elevation difference was negatively related to the intensity of activity.In addition,the density of subway station outbound,line rate,flow density,traffic ratio,and adjacent to the road elevation,commercial land ratio,bus station density,inter face openness,neighborhood function of mixed degree,NDVI,lighting facilities and venues for top density were positive correlation with the intensity of activity,while the density of sitting facilities and activities is negatively related to the diversi ty of activities.Therefore,the built environment must be provided a energy supply through the high density of the surrounding environment,a dynamic link through traffic and commercial service facilities and a energy support through effective public spac e facilities.Thus this paper put forward to the spatial circle model for the construction of sustainable vitality.And the strategies for the vitality optimization in Futian central area,including building crowd gather function area,strengthening the co nnection of traffic and function,improving the interior facilities environment in public space.
