At present,the current vehicle maintenance mode in our country mainly adopts periodic maintenance which is based on wear theory.Usually,a maintenance plan is usually made according to the manufacturer's repair warranty manual which is rarely changed after being formulated.With the increasingly complicated and delicate vehicle equipment,as well as the ever-increasing and rapid updating of electronic devices,the failure process of the system,the assembly or the components becomes more and more complicated.The drawbacks of under-repair and over-repair occur due to regular maintenance strategies,which not only result in insufficient maintenance of parts,reduced reliability and even traffic accidents,but also cause the phenomenon of over-repairs appear,maintenance costs increase gradually and the resources wasted.In this paper,vehicle parts maintenance strategy is researched for urban transport to improve the efficiency of vehicle maintenance work,which is used in Xi'an Hippocampus S5 model parts maintenance.The main work of this paper is carried out from the following aspects:Firstly,by statistical the fault data and maintenance,the safety and reliability of system components are analyzed using to the method of failure mode influence and hazard analysis(FMECA).The component classification model is combined Based on the ABC classification principle and FMECA.At meantime,the automobile parts and components are divided into key parts(A classes),main parts(B classes)and general components(C classes)according to the model.Second,based on the classification results of components,considering comprehensively the factors affecting the decision-making of maintenance modes which is safety,fault type,feasibility,applicability,validity and economy,3 kinds of logic decision models for parts maintenance mode are established to determine the reasonable maintenance mode of various components and realize the optimization of the maintenance strategy of parts.Thirdly,analyzing and processing the fault data,the reliability model of components is built using the MTALAB tool to ensure the optimal fitting distribution type and estimate the distribution parameter value and the life characteristic value.Through the establishment of field reliability model,the fault changing rule of each component is studied.Fourthly,on the basis of the reliability model establishment and the maintenance cost analysis,combined with the principle of maximum efficiency and minimum economy,an optimal fuzzy comprehensive decision model for the maintenance period is founded to optimize the maintenance strategy.Finally,taking the parts of the light vehicle brake system as an example,this paper studies the optimization methods of the maintenance strategy from three aspects of the classification of parts,the choice of maintenance mode and the determination of the maintenance period,so as to improve the maintenance benefit of the auto parts and spare parts,and provide reference for the arrangement and management of the on-site maintenance work.
