With the construction and operation of urban rail transit in our country,the Multi-mode traffic forms gradually accepted by travelers.Study on the design,evaluation,optimization,etc.that about transfer of urban rail transit has become an increasingly important research topic.How to improve the attractiveness of rail transit and how to improve the satisfaction of rail transit travelers are increasingly becoming the hot issues in this field.In considering the perception of the traveler,this article evaluates the service level of transfer of rail transit,aiming to explore the inconvenience of the traveler in the process of transfer from the perspective of the traveler.Based on the survey data of the urban rail transit via network,this paper analyzes the characteristics,connection methods,and influencing factors of transfer,and establishes a satisfaction regression model for the whole travel process to explore the factors and items affecting rail transit travel satisfaction.Studies have shown that the satisfaction of the walking phase in connection with travel has the greatest impact on the satisfaction of the whole process.In addition,the access signs and parking facilities during the connection process are important indicators that affect the travel satisfaction.In addition to using the regression analysis model to analyze the satisfaction,this paper also uses the survey data to establish a connection-aware Rasch model for the whole process.Through the model's project difficulty estimation,personnel parameter estimation,group difference analysis and DIF test,etc.,exploring the constraints imposed by the imperfections of facilities in the process of rail transit connections to feeders.Finally,the results of the DIF analysis show that for different service projects of different types of transfer,the different improvement measures will lead to differences in the behavior of travel groups with different individual attributes.Starting from the basic principle of Rasch model,it proposes to improve the service level of transfer by improving individual ability and reducing the difficulty of the project.Compared with the evaluation of rail transit transfer service level,this paper considers the passenger's perception experience and uses the psychological measurement model to assess the perceived difference.This study provides a theoretical basis for improving the status quo of rail transit and upgrading the service level of facilities.
