Level Of Service Evaluation Based On The Whole Process Of Passenger Rail Transit Travel

The establishment and improvement of urban rail transit service level evaluation system as well as the study of evaluation method can be used to comprehensively evaluate the service status of rail transit.Currently,native and foreign scholars have different research standards on this issue,there are no unified regulations on the evaluation system of urban rail transit service level.Passenger as the direct object of service,whose perception of rail transit service level is very important.This paper establishes a comprehensive and scientific service level evaluation system and evaluation method from the perspective of passenger experience.It can provide the rule for the operators to improve the service level,which can promotes the safe and efficient operation of rail transit and improves passengers’ travel experience.Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,this paper analyzes the mental needs and behavioral characteristics of passengers during the whole journey of rail transit.Combined with relevant domestic and foreign literatures and regulations,We extract the factors influencing the service level of passengers from entering the station,ticket purchase,security check,ticket checking,stair access,waiting for the train,boarding,transfer,and exit.According to the influencing factors,a questionnaire on the importance of indicators is designed and then distributed to passengers and rail transit experts.The Rasch model is used to test the quality of the questionnaire.In the light of the questionnaire results,the key indicators are selected through the importance and autocorrelation analysis of the indicators.The comprehensive weight of indexes are obtained by subjective and objective empowerment methods.And then the evaluation system of urban rail transit service level is established.By comparing and analyzing relevant grading standards of evaluation indexes about rail transit service level,the service level is divided into 1-5 levels,which are excellent,good,average,poor,and very poor,and the threshold value of each index grade is given.The extension cloud model is used to evaluate the service level,and Python software is applied to generate the standard cloud of each index level.In term of the survey data of passengers from Bajiao Amusement Park to Gongzhufen on Beijing Metro Line 1,the correlation degree between each index value and the hierarchical cloud is calculated.Combined with the weight,the level of service about Bajiao Amusement Park subway station is determined,which verifies the scientific rationality of the evaluation method.
