As the mileage of road maintenance continues to increase,the used asphalt mixture in various places is increasingly used in road projects.Based on the requirements of resources,environmental protection,and economic benefits,the application environment of used asphalt mixture is also becoming more and more complex.Therefore,according to different application conditions and different nature of the waste asphalt mixture,the development of a suitable regenerant can help solve specific problems and increase the quality of the recycled mixture.In addition,the nature of the used asphalt mixture will have an impact on the quality of the regenerated pavement.Fully studying the variability of old materials and proposing corresponding control measures will not only help improve the quality of the recycled mixture,but also improve the use of old asphalt mixtures.The use of dosage,saving non-renewable resources,reducing the generation of construction waste,protecting the environment and reducing pollution are of great significance.Based on the principle of aging of asphalt,this paper starts with the composition adjustment,structure repair,and permeability enhancement,optimizes test materials and design tests to analyze the recovery effect of regenerants on aged asphalt at different distribution ratios,thus confirming the development of CA rejuvenating formulations.By designing the conventional tests,rheological tests,and anti-aging tests of recycled asphalt,comparing the effect of self-made CA regenerant and other regenerant products on the regeneration of asphalt,evaluating the performance of the regenerant,and using the designed permeability test to evaluate the efficient penetration of CA.The use of infrared spectroscopy to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the fusion of new asphalt,aged asphalt,and recycled asphalt to determine changes in characteristic functional groups during aging and regeneration of asphalt,and to establish functional group indices and recycled asphalt by calculating the area of characteristic peaks of functional groups.Macroscopic relationship.In addition,based on the study of the dispersion of old asphalt mixtures,the variability of the old gradations and old asphalt contents and their traits were explored,and the factors influencing the variability of old asphalt mixtures were proposed and adopted by increasing the number of old materials.Synthetic measures for reference materials,control of variability of used asphalt mixtures,and road performance evaluation of control measures.Finally,the effect of the regenerant was evaluated comprehensively by the high temperature performance,low temperature performance,water stability performance and fatigue performance of the recycled asphalt mixture,and the applicability of the regenerant was analyzed from the perspective of large amounts and economic benefits.
