| In recent years,the rapid growth of urban vehicles in China has far outstripped the speed of ur ban r oad c onstruction,a nd i t c auses congestion t o i ncrease.What’s m ore,the development of urban public transport lags behind,illegal transportation of goods and traffic accidents o ccur frequently.It i s urgent t o i mprove t he t ransportation network capacity and level by developing intelligent public transportation,improving the intelligent monitoring and management of u rban freight v ehicles and so on.Therefore,r esearch on application and development paradigm of Internet of Things(IOTs)in urban transportation management will be of guiding significance.First of a ll,this pa per introduced the appl ication research of IOTs in domestic a nd foreign t ransportation m anagement a nd t he r elated t heoretical know ledge.It f ocused on t he application ofIOTs in intelligent publ ic tr ansportation,taxi in telligent di spatch and urban freight ve hicle i ntelligent m onitoring a nd m anagement.Then,t he p aper s ystematically analyzed the current s ituation and the f oundation of applying IOTsin urban t ransportation management environment.Based on the analysis of basic IOTs development paradigm and the consideration of the transportation management environment,IOTs development paradigm in our c ountry is pr oposed,where government,enterprises and t ransportation m anagement departmentshould coordinate and cooperate w ith each other.It a lso gavethe relevant suggestions to apply IOTs in urban transport management.Finally,this paper evaluated the application effect of IOTsin urban transportation management in Tianshui city.In summary,study on the application mechanism and development paradigm of IOTs for urban transportation m anagement i n C hina c an a lleviate s ome of e xisting t ransportation problem.It has impor tant pr actical s ignificance for improving the transportation efficiency,ensuring road safety operation and upgrading the road service level. |
