Due to The Belt and Road Initiative,the development of traffic underlines the importance in the national economy,all kinds of bridge for highway transportation role more and more important,so,the structure of concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge security requirement is more strict and comprehensive,therefore,supported by a steel tube concrete arch bridge engineering,this paper analyses the characteristics of the bridge structure,the appearance of the bridge,in order to further study the mechanical characteristics,based on the finite element analysis software,select the dynamic and static load test test section,and under the two levels of loading bridge deflection and strain of the calibration coefficient is obtained,then through the way of sports car and the car on the bridge dynamic load test analysis,the bridge structure safety and reasonable conclusion,the main work of this article are:(1)evaluation of the comprehensive performance of steel tube arch based on appearance.By means of the upper part of the concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge structure,the lower structure,bearing and the detection results of the subsidiary structure,comprehensive evaluation of the appearance of the bridge,and proposes the treatment to repair the measures of some diseases.(2)selection of test section based on finite element analysis.Based on a steel tube concrete arch bridge engineering,with the finite element software for computing tools,with live load of the bridge span structure internal force envelope the graph is the basis,to determine the maximum bending moment of the structure of cross section and cross section,the maximum deflection of the bridge approach and the main part is the deflection and stress strain test section,and rational arrangement in the test section the relevant test points,for the next dynamic and static load test.(3)structural safety analysis based on static load test.The selection of the test load and load condition of loading step by step according to the load test,under 13 working load,obtained the main arch rib strain and deflection under load calibration coefficient;The calibration coefficients of bridge panel,beam and column under load are calculated.(4)structural safety analysis based on dynamic load test.Under dynamic excitation,the overall structure dynamic response reflects the overall performance of the structure.Two experimental car at a constant speed on 20 km/h through the whole bridge sports car test,obtained the maximum vibration frequency and minimum vibration frequency,the two experimental car to 30 km/h uniform sports car experiment was carried out through the whole bridge,the maximum vibration frequency and minimum vibration frequency are obtained.The results of the dynamic characteristics of the two environmental incentives are calculated and the damping ratio is calculated,and the damping value and the canonical value are compared and analyzed.
