Cable suspension bridge is a multi-component force of the bridge structure,in the vehicle loading,in addition to taking into account the load efficiency of each test items,but also on the loading process of vehicle load on other nodes or units of the loading efficiency.Traditional load test vehicle loading methods are usually carried out by hand calculation and worked out the loading efficiency of test cases only.This is a hidden danger for the cable suspension bridge,which is a multi component force bridge.It is very meaningful to study the safety loading of the vehicle load test.In this paper,the main research contents are the following:(1)Based on the characteristics of multi-component force of cable-stayed bridge,combined with the working characteristics of static load test and the basic knowledge of optimization theory.The mathematical model of the vehicle layout is established by taking the driving direction of the vehicle,the type of vehicle,the position of the vehicle and the number of lanes as parameters to control the loading efficiency of the section,the loading efficiency of the non-control cross section and the longitudinal distance of the vehicle Based on the mathematical model of vehicle suspension cable the load test vehicle safety cloth algorithm of automatic loading process is established(2)Through matlab to write suspension bridge load test vehicle safety automatic loader.By adjusting the parameters involved in the program and the solution method,the program is consistent with the actual load test process.(3)Based on the finite element model of three typical cable-stayed bridges,the feasibility of the automatic loading procedure of the cable suspension bridge is verified.The calculation results show that the loading efficiency of each program can be calculated quickly by the program;The loading efficiency of each test item has reached the standard requirement;According to observe the loading efficiency value of the other working conditions under the loading condition of the vehicle under different conditions,combine the possible working conditions and combine therelevant working conditions.
