With the booming development of e-commerce,the competition of logistics industry is becoming fiercer in recent years,transforming from price competition to service and speed competition.Compared with fuel trucks which are only allowed to navigate at night,electric logistics vehicles can deliver goods at any time.Its advantage is conspicuous.With the favorable policies of offering new energy logistics vehicles more pass accesses,e-logistics vehicles will boost soon.It is irrevocable that the common logistics delivery passes residential areas which are comparatively sensitive to noises,especially the noises made from diesel vehicles,are obvious,while electric vehicles are free of these problems.The subtle sound made by electric logistics vehicles in routine transportation seldom cause disturbance to residents.In nowadays,with the increasing price of gas and more and more serious city pollution,the advantages as energy-saving and zero-emission of electric vehicles are more obvious.Whether the selecting of power system and the parameters of electric vehicles match will have a direct impact on its economy,performance and extended range.The paper studies electric logistics vehicles,including the following points:Firstly,based on the actual operation data of a large number of pure electric logistics vehicles,the operation characteristics of the pure electric logistics distribution vehicle are summarized.Secondly,based on the above conclusions,with a study on the key technology of electric vehicles,the paper focuses on the designing and parameters matching.In the following part,in accordance with parameters and performance,the author designs the power system of electric logistics vehicles and accomplishes the modeling and parameters matching of driving motors,batteries,transmission systems.In the end,based on AVL Cruis simulation software,the study makes vehicle simulation models and tests the power performance.With the study and analysis on the stimulation results,the paper analyzes the impact of power system on the vehicle.Comparing between stimulation conclusions and designed parameters,the paper verifies that the matching of power system meets the requests of vehicle design.
