Study On The Spatial Layout Of Eco-migration Towns In Alxa Area

The Alxa region is located inland and has a vast desert.Its poor climatic conditions and fragile ecological environment have long affected the quality of life of local farmers and herdsmen.After the implementation of the ecological resettlement project,farmers and herdsmen suffering from water shortage,wind and sand and were relocated to a new resettlement area and rebuilt their homes,becoming ecological migrants in the new era.The development and construction of ecological resettlement areas(towns)is closely related to the urbanization process and the integration of urban and rural areas in China.Under the background of urban-rural integration and new-type urbanization,doing a good job in urban and rural planning and realizing rapid urban-rural integration of ecologically-emigrant towns are not only a livelihood project that guarantees the safety of local residents in production and life,but also a major measure to accelerate the process of urbanization and the economic development in urban and rural areas.The article is divided into six chapters.First,the research background and related theoretical foundations and cases are analyzed.Secondly,the distribution and types of ecological immigrants and the development of Alashan region and the development history of ecological migration are combed and analyzed.The development and construction of ecological immigration resettlement areas in Jiaergalesaihan Town in Alxa League is taken as a typical case,analysis is conducted from aspects of spatial layout characteristics,spatial development evaluation,social and historical conditions,economic and industrial development,the driving forces of urban and rural development,and the development of ecological immigration,the problems encountered in the production and living of the ecological resettlement after the relocation and their development needs are reserched.Finally,through specific planning and design,the spatial pattern of ecological migration towns is analyzed from the aspects of urban spatial layout,new rural communities and specific urban design.From the perspective of the development of ecological resettlement,the current situation of the production and living of indigenous people in Alxa region and the reasons for the implementation of ecological migration are analyzed in this paper.From the perspective of ecological migration,the changes and problems in production and life of ecological immigrants after resettlement are also analyzed,and the development demands of ecological immigrants after relocation are summarized.Finally,according to the above analysis and conclusions,the planning design of ecological immigrant-type towns was concluded.The development and construction of ecological immigrant-type towns in the Alashan region is a product of the unique ecological environment and productive lifestyle in the desert region of China’s western region.The study of ecological immigrant-type towns is of great significance to the role transformation and employment transformation after relocation of ecological immigrants,as well as the development of urban and rural integration in this special type of town.
