The ecological immigrant project is a Strategic Policy which benefits the state and people and the sustainable development under the environment of economy development in western of china.Fundamentally it solves the problem of existence and out of poverty through Ecological immigrant project, while Combines with the new rural construction to promote the construction of farmland area development, as well as improves the living environment of rural residents and shortens the gap between urban and rural areas.The climate is remarkable in ningxia area, at the same time there is desert Widely distribution and Ocean (monsoon) weakly. The Significant performance is there is significant difference between diurnal temperature range and annual temperature range. The solar radiation is strong in summer and day-time and radiation of long wave is large in sky at night. The air is dry and the rainfall is rare. The vegetation is thin and the wind is much.Traditional residential construction way of the Ningxia region has its unique regional traditions and simple ecological concepts in new and modern residential design and construction to draw upon in order to achieve sustainable development, suitable geographical conditions and historical heritage of a new era of rural housing construction.The type system of the traditional residential areas influenced by human factors, is mainly reflected in the shape of the facade, decorative decorating extrinsic aspects; affected by natural factors, mainly the inner aspect of the scale of volume, space, proportion, structure, materials, texture. In this paper, the premise of respect for the Humanities and Social Sciences influencing factors, focusing on the climatic characteristics and the natural environment of the Ningxia region, explore the basic principles to be followed by the local building construction.
