Study On The Influence Factors Of The Residential Form Of Small Towns In Southern Henan On The Assembly Of Urban Housing

China is in the period of rapid urbanization,and the development of urbanization is the only way must be passed for china.But at this stage,the limited resources and space in the city can no longer digest a large number of new urban population.Small towns will be an important part of the urbanization of rural population in china.Therefore,it is of great significance to do a good job in the community construction of small towns in our country.But there are some problems in the process of the development of small towns.Residential building is the main body of small town construction.The process of urbanization in the rural areas not only needs to be transformed into the city area,which has the appearance of the city,but also need to change the way of life attitude and behavior of the rural population.It can be said that urbanization is the expansion of appearance and connotation.However,at present,China’s urbanization is often only appearance,without taking into account the connotation,just copy the living model of large cities.Therefore,there are many problems in the process of agglomeration of residential buildings in small towns,which seriously distorts the scientific process of urbanization.The community oriented and collective transformation of rural residential forms is one of the main forms of new urbanization in china.However,with the mode and means of industrialization,great changes have taken place in the develop pace and scale of China’s rural construction.The construction scale of single family and single building and the construction method of original address embedded are replaced by the construction scale of large-scale construction and the construction method of alternative land construction,demolition and reconstruction.Original,multi country quickly replaced by a single form of "new community".This has had very serious consequences.There are many reasons for this phenomenon,two of which are critical.Firstly,the construction and development model of village residential is single,not adapt to the development condition of small towns,lack their own cultural traits,without the basic form of small towns,is only the continuation of the big city development model.As a result,farmers are forced to “go upstairs”,hollowing out of small towns and other phenomena have occurred.Secondly,the inheritance and excavation of the traditional residential pattern is not enough.There is a lack of research on the possibility of the continued development of small town living patterns and traditional residential patterns in small towns.For this reason,this article adopts a multi-disciplinary approach and takes the southern part of Henan as an example to start with the study of the habitation pattern,to explore the basic characteristics of its habitation pattern and the basic rules of the gradual aggregation and concentration of housing.After that,based on the characteristics of living habits,the author analyzed the collective forms of residential buildings in small cities and towns,preliminary summarized the characteristics of their forms,and combined them with the characteristics of living patterns to propose targeted design ideas.Then find out the influencing factors of residential form on residential agglomeration,and provide theoretical basis for establishing a scientific small town living form.Therefore,firstly this paper will analyze the basic development rule from urban housing to aggregation and centralization in China.And it is also a conclusion that the main body of the small towns in China is mainly based on the rural population at the present stage,which determines that the residential form of small towns has evolved on the basis of inheriting the characteristics of the rural residents’ living and behavior.After that,this paper,taking south Henan as an example,will explore the basic characteristics of its residential form in various aspects,such as environment,population,behavior and space,through the form of multidiscipline approaches and field research.On the basis of this,this paper will summarize the influencing factors of urban residential form on residential aggregation in southern Henan Province.Finally,based on the characteristics of the residential form in the south of Henan,combining the proposed influencing factors,this paper will analyze the aggregation form of the residential building in the small towns,summarize its form characteristics,put forward the pertinent design ideas,and make a thorough demonstration and discussion on the influence factors from the specific application layer,so as to provide a more scientific and reasonable theoretical and practical basis for the establishment of a scientific small town residence pattern.
