Research And Development Of The Management System Of Man-hour Quota In Shipbuilding

At present,most domestic shipbuilding enterprises mainly use the former China State Shipbuilding Corporation to organize the establishment of time-to-work quota standards,and rely on the experience of management personnel to correct them and conduct actual budget management.Rely on time cards and manual summary statistics for quota analysis management.In 2005,Wenchong Shipyard had developed a time-work volume system(Science and Technology Commission for Science,Technology,Industry,Technology and Technology for National Defense)that was used to collect statistics on actual man-hours.Calculated the budget man-hour according to the amount of drawings,marked the drawings on the drawings,and used for job settlement.Both have their own emphasis,but none have broken through the limitations based on the common standards,and have not achieved the comparison of the standards for work time quotas of the company and the revised measurement function.This paper studies the time management of ship manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad,and the characteristics of modern shipbuilding modes.It establishes a fixed time management system that is in line with the actual situation of the company.Based on this,it develops a fixed time quota management system and analyzes the application of the system.According to the research results of the working time quota theory system,the working time quota standards are formulated,including the decomposition of work packages,the determination of the original working hours,the determination of the working time quota framework,the establishment of quota standards,and the feedback mechanism of shipbuilding man-hours.Then combine the above theoretical research results with the system development standards,and finally develop the unit work time quota management system,and briefly describe the system's functional design and calculation principle.Finally,it introduces the system automatically calculates the work time quota function,compares it with the actual running time,adjusts the system parameters according to the analysis result,and the effect obtained after the system is put into use.
