A Study Of Simulation System For Braking Safety Performance Of Heavy-haul Trains

Nowadays,the safe railway running and efficient transportation are the important direction of the development of the rail train.With the rapid development of China's railway industry in recent years,railway transportation requires heavy load,high speed and high density,the research on train brake system is becoming more and more important.As a part of train operation control,braking control plays a key role in the safety of train.Therefore,the brake simulation test becomes a necessary method to solve the train braking safety research.In this study,through research and Analysis on the basic research of train braking system According to the structure of locomotive braking system,combined with the semi physical simulation technology and ECP technology,designs a fuzzy neural network model,By optimizing the standard fuzzy neural network,which can adapt to the system simulation model of braking performance requirements,the establishment of new braking performance simulation experiment platform,To solve the traditional test bench to replace components in different types of freight train braking test problems,The braking performance of long haul heavy haul train is promoted.This study establishes the system simulation of safety performance of freight train braking,Analysis of brake effect rule and the influence factors,structure and parameters on the effect of vehicle braking and reducing performance,It has good practical significance and practical value.It provides some reference research methods and technical ideas for the establishment of more perfect simulation system of freight train braking safety performance.
