In recent years,along with our country economy fast development,opening to the outside world expands unceasingly,increased international exchanges and cooperation,as the goods delivery channels,the pressure of railway transportation is becoming more and more big.Increasing the transport capacity and speed of heavy-duty trains can greatly reduce rail transport pressure.But as heavy-duty train freight amount is increasing,the train brake slowly,can't timely relief,the problem such as braking hard again.The Electronically Controlled Pneumatic is able to overcome these problems and has developed rapidly.The head unit is the central device for the entire ECP braking system function.As the ECP brake system network manager,it can send instructions to monitor the system status,storage locomotive characteristics of data,timely processing failure.Therefore,the study of head-end unit is essential for the development of the entire ECP braking system.In this paper,the HEU,the reference to the vario us countries to study the ECP braking system experience,the HEU hardware and software design has been optimized.This design selected DSPIC30F6011 A as the master chip,in accordance with the modular approach,the HEU part of the function was designed.Based on MPLAB ID development environment,software part mainly designs the Lon Works communication,U disk information interaction,CAN communication module,etc.HEU send after braking directive train timely response,which requires the braking system can ha ve good braking effect,so grey prediction fuzzy PID controller was designed in this paper,is used to control the brake cylinder pressure value of the change.After the HEU sends out the brake instruction,the brake system is required to respond in a time ly manner,which requires the braking system can have good braking effect,so this paper designs a gray predictive fuzzy adaptive PID controller under MATLAB simulation platform to control the brake cylinder pressure value,and then control the ECP braking system.Based on DSPIC30F6011 A HEU unit in the design,can make the HEU unit in the command control,network control,message transfer,fault handling,etc have made good effect.The use of Lon Works communications,synchronous braking can be achieved.Through modeling and simulation results can be obtained,using the grey prediction fuzzy adaptive PID control method to control the brake cylinder pressure value,can realize real-time,accurate and stable brake control,to provide reliable guarantee to the safe operation of heavy-duty train,therefore has great engineering application prospects.
