Green manufacturing is a modern manufacturing model that takes into account the benefits of resources and the environmental impact.It is to realize sustainable and coordinated development of enterprise economic efficiency and social results.The selection of green materials is one of the main contents of green manufacturing.For the current mechanical industry,one-sidedness exists in the selection of green materials and the evaluation basis of materials is relatively general.The influence factors and principles of selection were analyzed and the method of combining analytic hierarchy process with improved principal component analysis was proposed in this paper.At the same time,a component called stannum was analyzed with TOPSIS method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and grey relational grade evaluation method.The results of the improved algorithm were more obvious than those obtained by other evaluation methods and the superiority of the improved algorithm was proved.Then,the improved algorithm was used to select different green materials for crankshaft,gear and box with different performance requirements.The best materials were selected and the green performance was considered.The effectiveness and versatility of the combination of AHP and PCA were verified.At last,the application system of green material selection based on improved algorithm was constructed with LabVIEW.The system was tested using the automobile crankshaft example and the results showed that the system realized the expected function and it was logical through close cooperation between modules.It has certain practicability in the intelligent selection of green materials. |
