China is the largest developing country in the world.With the rapid progress of urbanization,large-scale urban construction consumes a lot of building materials,while the use of wall materials accounts for about 70% of the building materials.At the same time,there are still some problems in the production of wall material enterprises,such as extensive production,low utilization rate of resources and large environmental impact.At home and abroad,the evaluation indexes of greenness of wall material enterprises was not clear,and the research of evaluation method was relatively less.Therefore,the green degree of wall material enterprises was evaluated by life cycle theory and analytic hierarchy process,and verified by the actual situation of enterprises.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows.(1)Based on the field research on the wall material enterprises of various regions,levels and types in zhejiang province,the production status and green production measures of all kinds of enterprises were summarized and sorted according to the advanced degree,and the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of wall material enterprises in green production were analyzed.The results showed that the greenness level of aerated concrete block wall material enterprises was relatively high,while that of concrete wall material enterprises was relatively low.There were shortcomings in all kinds of wall material enterprises.(2)According to the existing green degree evaluation theory and calculation methods,the whole life cycle theory was selected as the theoretical basis of green degree evaluation,and the improved analytic hierarchy process was used as the weight calculation method.Based on the current situation,the paper put forward an evaluation indexes system suitable for wall material industry in Zhejiang Province,and established evaluation rules and weights.The results showed that as a first-level index,the selected plant environment and management,raw materials,enterprise production,environmental protection measures and the use of product could reflect the greenness level of wall materials enterprises more comprehensively,in which enterprise production and environmental protection measures were more important indexes in the evaluation system.(3)In order to verify the scientific nature of the evaluation system,the evaluation system of green wall material enterprises was adopted to evaluate the enterprises with some examples,and the evaluation method was compared with other evaluation methods.Finally,the economic benefits and social benefits of green wall material enterprises were analyzed by introducing economic concepts such as financial net present value.The results showed that the "Green Wall Enterprise Evaluation System" established by the study could be widely applied to evaluate wall enterprises at all levels and the evaluation results were relatively objective.Wall materials enterprises increased investment in green production,which had better economic and social benefits.The study adopted the whole life cycle theory and improved analytic hierarchy process,which could provide reference for the selection of green degree evaluation indexes and the calculation method of weight for other industrial enterprises.At the same time,the "green wall materials enterprise evaluation system" established could not only add theoretical basis for industry managers to select green wall materials enterprises,but also help business managers find their shortcomings and do better.
