The Research Of Scheduling System For PC Component Flexible Production

This paper bases on the background of PC component flexible production line development project for the construction.Foreigners' rigid PC component production line and stationary base production line can't meet the demand of domestic market.The flexible production line scheduling system for PC components is studied.It is found that the domestic production line scheduling is not reasonable and the intelligence level is not high enough.By the means of contrasting and analysising the technics flow of flexible line,the process of the production equipment in the PC component flexible production line has been selected and arranged reasonably.The author makes a balance analysis.The operation system of flexible line logistics is analyzed and the logistics system is modularized.It stipulates the basic principle of production line logistics transportation.Then the author makes Petri net models of each part of the whole flexible production line.the whole model includes the scheduling model of cleaning mold,spraying release agent,lining,roller lines transporting.the scheduling model of RGV,ting bar,the installation of the side mold and the vibration of the fabric.The scheduling model of the dispatching,leveling,and pre-maintenance,shuttling machine,The transferring model of transfer vehicle.At the same time,the invariants of each submodel are analyzed,and the conservation and boundedness of the model are determined.Based on the genetic algorithm,the mathematical model of the genetic algorithm of the flexible production line scheduling of PC components is established.The author designs the genetic algorithm for static scheduling and dynamic scheduling,including coding design,selection operation,crossover operation and mutation operation.The scheduling system is designed by MATLAB.this system implements functions of initial scheduling and rescheduling.
