Automatic Pneumatic Labeling Machine Research And Development

With t he rapid development of packaging industry, the uses of labeling machines are more extensive. In the most of labeling machines stepping motor or servomotor is used as actuator, and their construction and control are complicated. Therefore, it has practical value to research and develop a automated pneumatics-labeling machine with low-cost, compact-structure, easy-operation and high precision.The research work in these aspects has been introduced in this dissertation. The main contents in this dissertation are summarized as follows:(l) According to the labeling process, the overall structure of the machine is developed. (2) A new type of mechanism is developed with the integrated technique of mechanics, electrics and pneumatics .It can accomplish complicated motions including accurate label feeding, automatic label peeling, reliable label sticking and yielding label press. (3) A pneumatics manipulator is designed to take finished product out with the double-ability of clamping and sucking. It can move along the multi-path reliably and flexibly. (4) The solid modeling and virtual assembly of labeling machine have been built with a three dimensional CAD software. By which the making cycle has been shortened and the quality of design has been improved. (5) The electro-pneumatic control technique and the valve terminal technology has been used to establish the control system. Now the labeling machine is working well.A good example of pneumatics application in the automated labeling machine is provided in this dissertation.
