Since the completion of Shuohuang railway(Short for: SR).operators has always uphold the principle of "the development of ideas from the national railway,better than the country iron",uphold the principle of " separating,integrated,maintenance management,in charge of comprehensive enterprise management mode,uphold the principle of" safety in equipment and safety in science and technology ",set up nearly eighteen for years,has achieved seventeen years of safe production,total production and economic benefits in recent years to improve,has maderemarkable achievements in the industry.In order to carry out the concept of "safety in equipment and safety in science and technology",the company has jointly developed well-known equipment manufacturers and technical suppliers from home and abroad,and developed the Shuohuang Railway Heavy Haul car(Short for: SRHHC).SRHHC is the world's first comprehensive test for heavy haul railway infrastructure using the professional detection of vehicle state detection,put into use in 2014,according to the cycle of SR including HuangWan railway,and the Shenhua railway of comprehensive inspection,the evaluation of the railway transportation infrastructure by the state,and achieved fruitful results in to ensure the safety of production,production of scientific investment etc..The data in this paper SRHHC over the years to collect track detection system as the research object,focuses on the visualization of track inspection data,data analysis,data process,and related environmental data,adopt the method of common and easy to use,the use of color change,simple charts and a series of methods,implementation visualization,aims to improve labor efficiency,reduce labor intensity,and provide a method of equipment can be found in the use of state trend intuitive,fast and effective.In this paper,the actual test data of SRHHC is taken as the original data,and the case analysis is carried out by using the method provided by the author,and the analysis method and the attempt of association analysis are briefly described.
