Bridge construction and maintenance both are very important,but the current bridge inspections and maintenance technology is relatively backward.Especially the management of existing Bridges does not match the era of big data in the network.Therefore,research on the network management of bridge inspection and maintenancenet is of great significance for improving the efficiency of bridge management and realizing the informatization of bridge management.First of all,according to the current situation of traditional inspection and maintenance management,Three problems in the current inspection and maintenance can be analyzed and summarized:(1)Lack of scientific management measures,backward management ideas,and confusing historical data;(2)Lack of unified and effective collection channels,which can lead to information isolated island easily;(3)Lack of professional maintenance personnel and backward maintenance technology.The way to solve these problems is to introduce network technology to upgrade and network the traditional monitoring,inspection and maintenance.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a network management system for bridge inspection and maintenance.Secondly,standardizing the inspection and maintenance data,and studying the objectives and functional requirements of the network management of bridge inspection and maintenance,establishing data collection process and principles,the platform is constructed in three different levels: on-site data acquisition layer,big data platform layer and user presentation layer.Third,based on network technology such as databases and Python programming language,the technical scheme of inspection and maintenance data management platform was constructed,focusing on solving the problems of automatic data collection,transmission,networking,and visualization of bridge inspection and maintenance.Finally,for the effect of network management of inspection and maintenance,taking Wuhan regional bridge group management platform as an example to verify the functions of bridge inspection and maintenance data management system in temperature monitoring,bridge heavy vehicle load identification,overload management,abnormal response of monitoring data.Practice had proved that the platform not only improved the management efficiency and level of bridge management units and reduced management costs,but also helped the city and district city bridge management units and urban bridge technical service units to carry out comprehensive and graded management of bridges,implement effective supervision of urban bridges,and ensured that the bridge runs safely.
