For a long time,the research on the way of urban flood control,drainage and waterlogging harnessing mainly focuses on drainage pipeline,pumping station and other engineering measures,while but neglects the study of non engineering measures and countermeasures for the prevention and control of waterlogging.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the optimization and dispatch of flood control and drainage of the urban drainage system,which is composed of the river lake sluice pump group.In this paper,the research achievements in related fields are summarized,build an optimal operation model for flood control and drainage in urban river lake sluice pump drainage system.In the end,a case study on the water system of Wuhan Townsend lake is made.The main contents of the paper include:1.Analysising the characteristics,causes and prevention measures of waterlogging disasters in China,summarizing the research trends of rain and flood model,management system and optimal scheduling at home and abroad,expounding the importance and necessity of the study on optimal scheduling of urban drainage system composed of the river lake sluice pump group.2.Researching the hydrographic and hydrodynamics method for flood evolution and the simulation method of lake sluice pump.the hydrodynamic model method has a strict mathematical formula derivation,the calculation precision is high,and it is good applicability to the drainage calculation in the plain river network urban area.3.Thorough analyzing and researching the complex hydraulic connections between waterlogging facilities,the dual characteristics of the time and space change of the flood,establishing the research method based on water drainage calculation of water system,fully considering all kinds of constraints and the scheduling objectives of the research objects,building the optimization and scheduling model for flood control system of the urban river lake sluice pump drainage system.4.For the imbalances in the computing performance of the gravitational algorithm,improving it from three aspects,and testing the performance by using standard test function.The results show that the improved algorithm not only has faster convergence speed and higher convergence precision,but also has a good global convergence.5.A case study of the water system of Wuhan Townsend lake was carried out,and choosing design rainstorm at different frequencies as input to simulate,combined with the actual situation of water system and the calculation results analysising the rationality and adaptability of optimal scheduling model.
