With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,cars have become a common means of transportation.Tire as an important part of maintaining the normal operation of the vehicle,its abrasion resistance has a great influence on the tire life,driving performance and safety.Pavement as the sole carrier for vehicle travel,its abrasion resistance will directly affect the road life and driving safety.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the abrasion resistance of the tire and the pavement.Due to most traditional test machines can't realistically simulate wear condition under tire-pavement interaction,in order to make the research process closer to the actual situation,this paper presents a test device that is mainly used to test the abrasion resistance of tirepavement interactions,and conducts design research.This paper analyzes the motion state of wheel,proposing that the wear test device adopts a two-wheel mode to make the test wheel produce a certain slip rate,to run upright on the ring road with the actual pavement material.This plan accelerates tire-pavement wear and shortens test cycle.Because there is no braking device,the energy consumption is effectively reduced.This paper analyzes the connection method and operating mechanism of the wear test device,and discusses its mechanical state and power transmission from kinematics and dynamics.According to power analysis and operating speed requirement,the matching frequency conversion motor is selected.The structure is specifically designed and its strength and life are checked,especially considering the influence of centrifugal force at high speed rotation.For complex structures,the finite element method is used for simulation analysis to ensure that the structural performance meets the requirement.This paper designs the test system of the device,and gives the calculation method of friction and friction coefficient between wheel and pavement.The sensors of measuring friction and tire load are designed,and equipped with a signal conditioner.
