Development Of Road Transportation Management Information System For Dangerous Goods

With the improvement of people's living standards and the development of the economy,the amount of dangerous goods required for production and life is increasing year by year,and the transportation demand for dangerous goods is increasing.In addition,road transportation is the main transport mode of dangerous goods transportation.Its transportation risk is great,and the related laws and regulations and standard norms are also more.Based on the existing laws and regulations,according to the related links and specific requirements involved in the whole process of dangerous goods transportation,it is one of the effective ways to improve transportation safety by means of informatization to achieve transportation process standardization and standardization.This paper first summarizes the domestic transport of dangerous goods management situation,putting forward and establishing a dangerous goods road transport of dangerous goods regulations and standards system framework.On the basis of the framework,this paper makes a comparative study on the laws,regulations and standards system of dangerous goods transportation from different angles.Then,based on the existing laws and regulations,according to the related links and specific requirements involved in the whole process of dangerous goods transportation,using PHP,MYSQL database technology and DedeCMS content management system,develop and design of road danger goods transport management information system.The system is divided into nine modules,which are basic knowledge module,legal module,safety card module,electronic waybill management module,transportation business management module,basic information module,accident management module,training and learning module.This system can realize the search and query functions about diversified dangerous goods related information.At the same time,in the training and learning sub module,the training and education is carried out in the way of "document +Video + online examination".Through the online test module to answer and leak filled,can further deepen and grasp the understanding of knowledge goods road danger.In addition,the module can also be used as a real-time examination to use,enriching the function of the system.The results show that the system is simple,convenient operation and strong practicability.It has important significance for improving the road transport of dangerous goods safety management and construction of information management for road freight transportation.Meaningwhile,It provides a management method and means for the new road danger goods transport enterprises and relevant management departments.
