Research On The Swivel Construction Technology Of The Expressway Across The Existing Railway Line

With the rapid development of highway and railway infrastructure construction in China in recent years,full coverage of the integrated transport network has been initially formed,the problem of grade separation between new bridges and existing roads and railways is increasingly common.In order to reduce the impact of upstream bridge construction on downstream traffic(especially railway operation),more and more bridges adopt swivel construction,and on the railway line to the construction of the higher security requirements,but also requires the least impact on the railway operation,in the new highway construction process is often cross-railway project Control project,how safe,efficient and high quality to complete the construction of railway construction has become China’s transport infrastructure construction in an important task.In order to improve the swivel construction technology of the bridge over the existing railway,this paper relies on the 2 × 50 m T tectonics project of the interchange bridge across the Shanghai-Kunming railway overpass line,Xuanhua Expressway,Yunnan Province:(1)Relying on the actual situation of the project,put forward control measures to ensure the installation precision of bridge swivel bearings;determine design plan of swivel slide and support foot and the control range of construction precision.(2)Calculate the traction force of bridge’s swivel in the project,determine the arrange of pulling cable and reactive force bearing on the basis of the calculation results.(3)Analysis the selection of bridge frame’s form in the project,and check the stability and make mechanical analysis;check the basics and propose basic measures.(4)Propose the general steps of swivel construction process in the project;given the equipment to prevent overturn;propose the work contents of the bridge’s swivel are swivel and formal swivel.(5)According to the characteristic of swivel construction in the project,propose the safety control measures of swivel construction.
