At present,with the construction of high-speed railway and highway,the transport industry has grew fast in our country.However,when the new road projects need to cross the existing lines,we have to face more tough problems including the impacts to the operation of the existing lines and so on,which can lead to a difficult construction.In order to reduce the interference to the existing lines,meanwhile ensure the running safety,we have applied the technology of bridge swivel which has the features of tighter construction period,greater risk,and higher technical requirements.In the consideration of the difficulties of prediction and asessment on the risk,the study on the technology of bridge swive becomes more and more important.Lu cha chong is the first railway project in the city of Yunnan Province,with the characteristics of large weight of plane swivel and high precision on the construction.Combined with project examples,this paper has carried on the study on the technology of the continuous box girder bridge with the existing railway line,which provided reference for the future constructions of the same type.The main contents are as follows:1?This paper has expatiated on the construction scheme and main process of the turning process of the bridge rotor,analyzed the technical problems in the construction process,put forward new opinions on the technological quality of the rotor system,and then provided several construction suggestions with examples.2?Optimize the swivel construction program.In the parts of process control,before the torsion preparation,swivel time calculation and control,bridge swivel and so on,we should make optimal design,expecially pay special attention to the monitoring during the construction,and take entire process of monitoring over the key parts,and based on real-time data to guide the construction;3?By the risk matrix method,we should calculate and evaluate the safty risk during the construction of the bridge swivel.The quality of the concrete pouring,the lifting equipment and the falling of the high altitude are the risk types with higher risk.4?With the analysis of the safety risk and the labor safety risk existed in the construction,the paper puts forward the control measures.At the same time,the design of corresponding emergency plan is carried out,which provides a reference for the design of construction organization of the same kind of engineering.
