Analysis Of Construction Cost Of Highway Bridge Engineering

In the 21 st century,China's national economy has grown rapidly and transportation infrastructure has been developing rapidly.As an important part of transportation infrastructure,the bridge has entered a stage of all-round development and has built hundreds of large span Bridges.With the construction technology of bridge becoming more and more advanced,the technical level is higher and higher,the construction measures are more complicated,and the difficulty of engineering valuation is gradually increasing.In case of the construction environmental,the lack of forecast for construction measures and security fee in early stage,the rising prices,the complex bridge engineering cost fluctuates from design to construction,and the engineering cost is larger than the preliminary estimate,the overruns of construction is relatively common,to some extent,affects the engineering construction to develop fast and well.This thesis based on yangzhou to jixi highway liyang to GuangDe segment across xuan hang railway overpass project example,based on the latest cost management system and pricing method of highway engineering,this paper classifies and studies the construction scheme and measures of bridge engineering,and compares and analyses the cost of construction measures in various stages of bridge engineering,and find out the reasons of complicated bridge engineering construction measures cost overruns.This paper discusses the importance of the construction measures of complex bridge and its cost in the early stage of the project,and the dual functions of strategic deployment and cost management and effective control for the implementation of the project.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Through the study of the latest cost management system and pricing method of highway engineering in China,the cost composition and calculation methods of the highway bridge project are summarized,and the comparative analysis is carried out.(2)Through the classification and analysis of measures,this paper divides the cost of highway bridge construction measures into other project costs,temporary project costs and other measure costs.Combined with the latest highway pricing method,the paper makes the study of the pricing of construction measures in different stages,summarizes the methods of calculating the cost of various measures in different stages,and finds out their differences and connections.(3)By choosing the typical engineering as an example,to analysis and calculation of the project and the bill of quantities of construction drawing budget price,the stages of complex highway bridge construction measures in-depth comparative analysis,concluded that complicated highway bridge project construction phase measures fee is higher than design stage budget price level.(4)Analyze the above and find out the reasons for the underestimation and overexpenditure of the construction measures of the complicated bridge project.With the advance of project construction,the measure item of construction is more detailed than the design stage.With the implementation of standardized construction requirements,the price level of safety production and temporary facilities in the construction of highway bridge construction is higher than that in the design stage.
