Research For Construction Cost Dynamic Control Of Highway Engineering

As the government continues to expand the public infrastructure investment, on theone hand the highway engineering investment is growing, but on the other hand thehighway engineering cost is also rising year by year, leading to the profit space and profitmargins of the construction enterprises compresses continue to decline, therefore theconstruction cost control is of great importantance.But the construction cost control situation of the construction enterprise is notoptimistic.Cost control awareness is relatively weak, and the technology and method ofcost control process are relatively backward, what’s more, it often focuses on feedbackcontrol, feedforward control and protective control are weak, leading to the actual costsuper plan cost and the cost control effect is not ideal.This paper is based on the theory of the existing highway construction cost control,combined with the important status of cost information management in cost control, andthe problems of cost information collection and process in practical engineering, toexplore suitable information management system for the highway project.This paper summarizes the construction cost information, and establishes the Hc-class cost classification system which is used to highway based on Omniclassclassification code system.The cost information is classified and coded according tocertain rules, through extending Hc-class classification form dimensions and the mutualrelationship, to carry on processing to the direct cost information and manage the costrelated informations-supplier information and contract information.Expounding the general use of Hc-class,it integrats the management of cost relatedinformation through the relationship between coding and arithmetic,and describes theapplication of output collection,cost analysis and prediction in the highway engineering.Finally combined with the actual engineering case, it discusses functions of Hc-classin project value collection,construction cost comparative analysis and correction, costprediction, so as to achieve the purpose of dynamic control of construction cost.
