| G3012 Kashi to Yecheng to Moyu expressway is one of the main trunk lines of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region’s"six horizontal six vertical"highway network.The construction of this project is of great significance for promoting the economic development and the development of Regional Advantageous Resources in southern Xinjiang.At present,the state pays more attention to resource conservation and environmental protection of highway construction projects.Taking this as the background,this paper,based on the G3012 Kashi to Yecheng to Moyu expressway project,takes full consideration of the concept of existing pavement utilization,based on this,systematically studies the key design links,such as pavement quality inspection and evaluation system,route design scheme comparison,and the existing roadbed pavement utilization scheme,aiming at improving the roadbed and pavement of existing roads.The utilization rate of existing resources such as drainage facilities,greening shelter forests and so on.(1)The key technology of existing pavement and the evaluation method of pavement condition are investigated comprehensively.The working mechanism of the key technology of the existing pavement inspection is systematically studied.(2)The existing pavement structure and maintenance conditions are systematically investigated,and the existing pavement damage,pavement structure strength,pavement roughness and pavement structure damage are comprehensively examined.Based on this,the existing pavement quality conditions are evaluated systematically and the physical and mechanical parameters of the existing subgrade soil are determined.(3)Based on the survey of the project,the road fitting design is carried out.Based on this,the multi scheme selection method based on the existing pavement is studied,and the route layout of the project is determined.(4)The standard cross section parameters of existing subgrade are systematically investigated,and the design principles of roadbed are defined.Based on this,the new and old roadbed splicing schemes for existing subgrade are studied.(5)The design principle of asphalt pavement structure reinforcement is clarified.The disposal method of subgrade and pavement disease is studied systematically,and the disposal principle of subgrade and pavement disease is drawn up.Based on this,the existing pavement scheme is designed and the pavement structure scheme based on existing pavement is determined. |
