Research On Planning Of Urban Endowment Facilities In Old District Of Xi'an Based On Aging In Place

Since 2010,the aging degree of Xi'an has been deepening,which has led to increased conflicts between the supply of endowment facilities and the need for old-age care.The spatial distribution of the elderly population in Xi'an shows a high degree of central agglomeration.The old town in the most "center" position,the aging is serious and the land resources are tight.The contradiction between the supply and demand of old-age care facilities is particularly prominent.On the other hand,the elderly are often reluctant to leave the familiar environment in order to get pension service on the other places.The theory of ageing in place provides new ideas for this study.Based on the community,integrating current resources and optimizing the allocation of endowment facilities,we can not only meet the elderly's needs for old-age care,but also save resources and reduce the burden of social finances.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the planning of endowment facilities with the theory of ageing in place that meets the needs of the elderly and conforms to the characteristics of the old ueban district.Based on the research guideline of " propose problem-analysis of the problem-solve the problem",firstly,the thesis summarizes the relevant research results,clarify the guiding significance of basic theory for this study,and lay the theoretical and practical foundation for the following research.Secondly,based on the investigation of the endowment facilities in the old city of Xi'an,the thesis through statistical analysis and Two-step floating catchment area method(abbreviation 2SFCA)analysis method,analyzes the existing problems with the supplydemand as the main line.Thirdly,from the perspective of the connotation of ageing in place and the composition system of the endowment facilities,it defines the planning content and goals of the endowment facilities.Through docking with the status quo,it proposes the planning strategies for endowment facilities in the old city of Xi'an.The article fully considers the characteristics of the old city and the elderly,focuses on building an endowment facility planning method system based on ageing in place in Xi'an from the four aspects of the classification system,construction standards,space layout,and management and operation of the endowment facilities,provides guidelines for planning and construction.Finally,based on the prediction of the population of 2025 in the old city of Xi'an,it uses the proposed planning method,based on the status quo,realizes the optimal layout of the endowment facilities,and puts forward management and operation strategies.In the end,it sums up the research results and condenses the innovative points of the paper and its outlook for the future.This paper combines the theory of ageing in place,old urban areas,and old-age care facilities,based on the analysis of the necessity of developing endowment facilities in the familiar environment in the old city of Xi'an,it has constructed a planning method system for endowment facilities in old district of Xi'an based on aging in place.And it has introduced Location-allocation Model(abbreviation LA Model),put forward the approach to the layout of endowment facilities of "Demand Prediction + LA Model " and proposed the intensive and efficient construction mode in the old city,and accordingly achieved the optimal layout of the endowment facilities in the old district of Xi'an.
