| With the development of first-tier cities such as Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and Shenzhen, the land price in the city center becomes higher, the increase of commercial functions leads to the decline of the quality of living environment, and the separation of occupation and residence is significant. Therefore, the daytime population is mainly concentrated in the city center, while the nighttime population is mainly distributed in the periphery of the city center. However, with the continuous development and expansion of the city, the early general hospitals gradually developed into high-quality medical resources, which were concentrated in the central urban area, resulting in the night population being far away from the central urban area and poor accessibility to medical treatment. The contradiction between the day and night population and the medical facility planning,as well as the contradiction between the function, scale and the spatial distribution of the population of the newly built hospital, has brought a significant impact on the medical facility construction. Therefore,it is necessary to consider the planning method of medical facilities and the programming method of hospital construction.By means of investigation, statistical analysis, case study and comparative study, this paper studied the status quo of medical facility planning and hospital building planning in Shanghai and Yokohama,Japan.Through comparative analysis and case study, this paper summarizes the different characteristics of the regions with more daytime population and those with more nighttime population, and discusses the methods of medical facility planning and building planning from the perspective of the day and night population of megacities through deduction and induction.Based on the analysis of the current situation of medical facilities in Shanghai, this paper evaluates the accessibility of different levels of medical facilities from the perspective of day and night population, and obtains the corresponding service radius of different levels of medical facilities. Two tertiary general hospitals were selected from the downtown area and the outer suburbs of the city for analysis, and statistics were made from the aspects of building form, site area, building area and department configuration.By comparing the hospital status in Yokohama city of Japan with different day and night population ratio, the area distribution ratio and building scale of each part of the tertiary hospital in the two regions are deduced.GIS,analytic hierarchy process and spatial syntax are used to optimize the site selection of new community health service center, and the scale planning and bed number calculation of the medical facilities that have been determined to site are carried out,and the planning site selection method and building planning method from the perspective of day and night population are proposed. |
