With the rapid development of industrialization and modernization,complex product design needs to meet the diverse needs of consumers,and it needs to respond to the market faster.Because complex product has the characteristics of complex structure composition,changeable operating condition and large number of design variables,it makes it difficult to evaluate the design scheme of complex products,and it is difficult to obtain the optimal design scheme of the product overall performance.Intelligent design and manufacturing technology provides new ideas and tools for complex product design evaluation.Domestic and foreign researchers put forward different intelligent design and evaluation tools for complex product schemes from various applications.At present,the evaluation of complex product layout plan still depends on empirical evaluation,and lacks effective price method of layout plan.Complex product enterprises have always used experience determination and manual formula calculation to solve complex product design parameters,which can not be effectively evaluated for design parameters,and the connection between design parameters is not clear.The technology of obtaining the evaluation criteria of the complex product layout scheme is not mature enough,and the comprehensive evaluation method combining the qualitative and quantitative arrangement of the layout plan needs further study.In view of the above problems,based on the review of the research status at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the evaluation method of complex product layout scheme.According to the characteristics of complex products,we build the evaluation system of complex product layout scheme,and use the improved analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each evaluation index.The grey relational analysis is used to make a quantitative evaluation of the layout design scheme,and then the qualitative evaluation of the layout design scheme is carried out through the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Finally,the optimal scheme is selected by the comprehensive quantitative and qualitative evaluation results.At the same time,a design system for CNC machine tools is developed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Evaluation criteria acquisition and correlation analysis of complex product layout schemes.The evaluation process of layout design for complex products is analyzed.From the overall nature and function of products,the whole and all elements are integrated and weighed.Grey relational analysis is applied to study the relationship between various elements.(2)Construction of evaluation systemAccording to the characteristics of complex products,from the use of indicators,technical indicators,economic indicators and environmental indicators,we set up an evaluation index system for complex product layout plan.By using the analytic hierarchy process,we can analyze the importance of evaluation index and get the corresponding weight of each index.(3)Improved AHP grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Aiming at the problem of fuzzy and grey evaluation in the layout of complex products,the paper proposes an improved analytic hierarchy process grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The grey relational analysis is used to evaluate the layout scheme quantitatively,and the grey relational analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are used to make the qualitative evaluation of the layout scheme.Finally,the optimal evaluation scheme is selected by the comprehensive quantitative and qualitative evaluation results.(4)Performance analysis of the whole machineTaking CNC milling machine as an example,the performance of the whole machine is analyzed by ANSYS software,including modal analysis and thermal deformation analysis.The dynamic characteristics and thermal characteristics of CNC milling machine are analyzed.(5)Development of the principle scheme design system of CNC machine toolsUsing the two development technology to expand the function and function of UG.The ADO technology is used to create and modify the data in the database.The MFC module in VS is used to write the UG interface function,and the function and the system are connected with Access.The principle scheme system of NC machine tool can realize the design of the principle scheme and the function module maintenance function.Therefore,the research on the evaluation method of the complex product layout plan,which is to be carried out,can realize the evaluation and optimization of the layout design of complex products,and it is of great significance to improve the efficiency ofthe design of complex products.
