Michael Porter,a university professor at Harvard Business School in the United States,believes that pursuing low-cost and differentiated competitive advantages at the same time can easily lead companies to become trapped in the middle and get only below-average profits.However,in today's rapidly changing market,it is increasingly difficult for companies to rely on a single strategy to gain competitive advantage to seek development.Cost leadership and differentiation to integrate competitive strategies are considered to be a necessary competitive strategy choice.As a result,a question of important theoretical and practical value has emerged: In the current era,how can the integrated competition strategy achieve "fish and bear's paw" ? This paper proposes and analyzes the feasibility of cost leadership and differentiation strategy on the basis of the research on relevant portfolio strategy theory at home and abroad.This paper uses SWOT analysis to analyze the status quo of China's international shipping agency companies,and draws conclusions on flexible management,professional skills,network technology,quality management,and global coverage that affect the cost leadership and differentiation strategy of international shipping agency companies.An important factor.Then,by introducing the AHP AHP to analyze the weights of the factors affecting the cost leadership and differentiation strategy of international shipping agency companies,the quantitative analysis results are obtained,and then the BFX's cost leadership and differentiation strategy is synthesized by the fuzzy evaluation method.The evaluation ultimately led to the development of a cost-leading and differentiated combination strategy for NBXGCD.The main innovations of this paper are two: First,the research of this paper is to break the“intermediate” theory and analyze the strategic factors that affect the international shipping agency companies;secondly,the cost leadership and differences for international shipping agency companies.The research of the strategy used a combination of the AHP and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to make specific quantitative analysis.
