Electromechanical co-simulation software is an integrated design software for the detailed structure design of precision motion stage.The critical components of precision motion stage,the knowledge of system model,modeling and analysis methods are encapsulated in the software.The electromechanical co-simulation software can be organically integrated into the design procedures of the R & D unit,which helps designer to realize the simulation,analysis and optimization of the structure design of precision motion stage quickly.The key to make the electromechanical co-simulation software into the design procedures of the R & D unit is how to realize the interoperability between the simulation software and the engineering software used in the design procedures of the R & D unit.In view of the above problems,a model transformation method based on template library is proposed in this thesis.The external model transformation module of electromechanical co-simulation software also has been developed.This thesis mainly covers the following aspects:This thesis analyzes the key points of the design of the external model transformation module,puts forward the specific functional requirements,and divides the software function modules.The software architecture which support the modeling and analysis of the knowledge module and component-centric data structure are designed.It can support the late maintenance and expansion of the software easily.In order to ensure the scalability and versatility of the external model transformation module of electromechanical co-simulation software,the model transformation method based on template library is proposed.And the model transformation information is stored in the corresponding template node of the component.Based on the model template library,the key algorithm of external model transformation module is realized by extracting the information from the template.In order to realize the transformation of the assembly model to the simulation software system model for detailed analysis,the mapping relationship between geometric constraint and motion pair in the process of assembly model transformation is studied.And the operation specification of assembly modeling is determined.On this basis,the model topological expression of the precision motion platform is analyzed.The model correction module is developed to improve the dynamic information.Finally,based on C ++ Builder,the Simulink model import module,Simulink model export module and Pro / E assembly transformation module included in the external model transformation module of electromechanical co-simulation software are implemented in detail.Taking the H-type motion platform as an example,the corresponding test model is constructed for each transformation module.Then the models are transformed by the external model transformation module of electromechanical co-simulation software in this thesis.Compared with the model topology and parameter information before and after the transformation,the transformation result shows that the external model transformation module achieving the expected functional effect and verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the external model transformation module of the electromechanical simulation software developed in this thesis.
